You have the option to tell Pickleball Court Builders that your personal information must not be sold or shared. Submitting this request costs nothing and requires just a single email.
What this prevents
We forward your court plans to builders in your state, an action some state laws treat as selling or sharing personal information. We will no longer send your details to new builders once you opt out, keeping them just to honor your request.
Steps to opt out
Send an email to hello@pickleball-court-builders.com using the address from your form, with "Do not sell or share" as the subject. Include your name and the court ZIP code so we can find your request. We will process your request within 15 days.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request for that browser.
Who is allowed to ask?
People anywhere in the world can make this request. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas hold this legal right, while an authorised agent can ask with signed permission on their behalf.
