Privacy
This notice tells you what Pickleball Court Builders collects, why, who gets it, and how to use your privacy rights.
Who we are
The company behind Pickleball Court Builders is Ridgeway Directory Inc., 200 South Orange Avenue, Suite 2300, Orlando, FL 32801, United States. Send privacy questions to hello@pickleball-court-builders.com.
Information we collect
- In the quote form you type your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, a note, the court's ZIP code, and the answers about the court the form collects (project, surface, how many courts, fencing, lights, state and price range).
- We note which page you used to send the form, plus the arrival date and time.
- Our host keeps standard server logs containing IP address, browser type, the requested page, and the time. They help us keep the site up and safe.
Price tools run locally in your browser and save your last answers there so you can pick up where you stopped. That data remains on your device. We do not load third-party scripts or set any tracking or advertising cookies.
Why do we use it?
Your form details help us send court plans to builders for quotes, keep a record of your request, and reply if you contact us. We rely on server logs to spot issues and stop abuse.
Who gets your data?
We pass quote requests to installers and builders of sports, tennis, and pickleball courts working in your state. As the form notes, these companies might reach you by text, phone, or email regarding your court. We might also give data to providers hosting the site or storing requests, plus authorities if the law demands it. Passing your request to builders might count as selling or sharing personal information under the privacy laws of some states. You can opt out at any time.
How long do we keep it?
Quote requests stay with us for up to 24 months for reference by you and builders, then we delete them. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
Your rights
People living in California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Texas, or in another state with a similar law, can ask what we hold about them and get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and say no to its sale or sharing and to targeted ads. We do not engage in profiling or targeted advertising using personal information. To use any of these rights, write to hello@pickleball-court-builders.com from the email address you gave on the form, or go to the Do Not Sell or Share page. We reply within 45 days and will not treat you differently because you used a right. An authorized agent may act on your behalf with your signed consent. Reply to our answer to appeal a denial; if the appeal fails, residents of Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut may reach out to their state attorney general.

This site is meant for adults who are planning a court. We never knowingly collect details from people under the age of 16.
